At Trim & Tailored, we partner with trusted global suppliers to bring you carefully curated fashion pieces. Every order is carefully processed, packed, and shipped with tracking so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship across Australia. Stay tuned as we expand to additional regions in the future.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
After processing, your order is fulfilled and shipped by our logistics partner, AstroShip.

Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time includes both processing and shipping.

After processing, typical delivery times are:

Australia: 7–12 business days

Most customers receive their orders within 8–15 business days from the time the order is placed.

Please note that delivery times may occasionally vary due to customs clearance, local postal services, or peak shopping periods.

Shipping Fees

We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $99 AUD.

Orders below this threshold are charged a flat shipping fee at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your package in real time via our tracking portal.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment while the carrier scans the package into their system.

Customs, Duties & VAT

Orders shipped within Australia generally do not incur additional customs duties or import charges at delivery.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, shipping times may vary due to customs clearance, local postal services, or holiday surges. We’ll keep you updated along the way.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 7 days at support@trimandtailored.com. We’ll work with AstroShip to investigate the issue and make it right.
